🔍 What is the Interview Users Group?<\/h3>

Interview Users have the same administrative rights as Super Users but with a customized entry workflow.<\/em><\/p>

When a user in this group initiates a new return, SureFire automatically opens the Tax Interview<\/strong> wizard instead of the standard New Return dialog box, providing a more structured, step-by-step entry process.<\/p> <\/div>

📊 Step-by-Step Guide<\/h2>

Step 1: Sign in as Admin<\/h3>

Only the ADMIN<\/strong> user has the authority to modify security roles and group assignments.<\/em> <\/p>

Step 2: Access Security Manager<\/h3>
  1. On the Tools<\/strong> menu, select Utilities/Setup Options<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. In the Utilities Program, go to the Setup<\/strong> menu and select Security Manager<\/strong>.<\/li> <\/ol>

    Step 3: Modify User Profile<\/h3>
    1. Navigate to the Users<\/strong> tab and highlight the appropriate user.<\/li>
    2. Click the Modify<\/strong> button.<\/li>
    3. In the group selection list, highlight the Interview Users<\/strong> group and click Add<\/strong> to move it to the Assigned Groups<\/strong> list.<\/li>
    4. Click OK<\/strong> to save your changes.<\/li> <\/ol>
