Mailing labels missing columns or rows after adjusting margins

To correct this problem, start with small adjustments. A margin adjustment of .25" is more than likely too large. A good starting value is .07", adjusting as necessary by +/- .01" or .02" until the printed labels are satisfactory.

Using the Print to Screen option allows you to fine-tune the adjustments without wasting labels or paper. In addition, your printer must be set to print 60 lines per page for the labels to align properly.
Hint: Set the top margin to .60" and the left margin to .50".

Remember, it is best to make only slight modifications when attempting to correct misalignment of mailing label margins.
