Step 1: Uninstall the attached state modules

On the Tools menu, select Utilities/Setup Options.

In the Utility program, on the Tools menu, select Uninstall Modules.

Select the states and packages to be uninstalled.

Step 2: Reinstall the state modules

In the Utility program, on the Tools menu, select Install Module Updates.

Reinstall the states that were just uninstalled.

Step 3: Check whether the error is resolved

Try accessing the returns list again to confirm the issue is fixed.
