📊 Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Form 1116

Use this when you need to review the dividend-related fields that affect the rejection.

Go to Form 1116.

Step 2: Check the Credit if claimed form taxes section

Use this when you need to confirm whether taxes are marked as paid or accrued.

Verify if Pg. 1, Part II, Credit if claimed form taxes section, (h) - Paid or (i) Accrued check box is selected.
