The information has to be entered separately on page 1 of Form 2441. This is due to a difference in the way the data is formatted for MeF and Legacy e-filing.

⚠️ Why This Happens

For Legacy e-filing, the city, state, and ZIP code are stored in one field.

For MeF e-filing, these items are stored as three separate fields.
