Sure Fire Taxes has a product that is so user friendly that it makes a novice feels like a pro after watching their demo video. One very important feature of the software is the inclusion of demo tax returns for individual, partnership, s-corp, c-corp on the main screen that you can refer to when you are preparing a similar tax return. The system is almost error free in the sense that it checks your entries and marks the items that need to be corrected in red, this way the file is clean before it is submitted. Editing, submitting, and viewing acknowledgement files submitted is a breeze. And many other neat features from file diagnostic to printing in pdf and encrypt it with a password before sending it to customer. Bank products, they have many to choose from.

Considering the value, the pricing of Sure Fire Taxes software is much more liberal than their competitors. The price structure is very unique: it encourages you to work hard.

One very great feature of this company is providing unsurpassed customer service in the industry. They are there to answer your questions anytime within their posted working hours. Not just answering your questions, they answer your questions to your satisfaction and you will know they are pros. That's what I called “service”. Few times that I had questions on files that I was working on, they got on something called team viewer, got into the actual file I had questions on and took care of me in minutes. They really amazed me with their quality of customer support. Again am very happy working with Sure Fire Taxes.

For several years I used TRX Pro software. The software was a mess for tax year 2012 and I was unable to get any support from the company. It was by luck that through Facebook, I found Surefire Taxes. And what a blessing it was!!

The software itself is easy to use. The help function answers most questions with very little searching.

However, the most important part of any purchase is ensuring that you have great support. Support was of little or no importance to TRX Pro. Not the case with Surefire.

As with all installations of new software, there is a learning curve. The staff at Surefire has always been extremely helpful when I have had issues in re-learning the new package. They are quick to answer my e-mails and phone calls. As we all know, it is essential that you have great support and Surefire certainly provides that. In addition, they are always open to suggestion to make the software and processing more user friendly.

If you are looking for a reputable software company with a great support team, then Surefire Taxes is the company for you.

I like Surefire software cloud (web) tax software. I have the ability to do a tax return day or night cross times zones and computers without a problem.

The cost was reasonable. Customer service is available when you need them. I am looking forward to this software company being on the from on Forbes!

Three years ago I started purchasing my yearly update with Sure-Fire Taxes it was absolutely the best business decision that I have ever made. I love the fact that Matt is usually the one to answer the phone when you call tech support, I love that there is never a long wait time and you almost always get the answer you need in one phone call. Sure-Fire keeps you updated on what is happening with the software in frequent e-mails, I like the fact that they seem to be directed at you as an individual. I love it that they are a family oriented business and take time off when they need to but also make themselves available to you if you need them.
